  • Personal data is stored securely, either electronically (on a password-protected system) or in locked physical files.

  • Client records are retained for seven years in line with professional guidelines, after which they are securely deleted.

  • Everything shared in therapy sessions is strictly confidential, except where:
    • There is a legal requirement to disclose (e.g., serious risk of harm to yourself or others).
    • You request a referral or collaboration with another professional (with written consent).
  • No session details will ever be used for marketing or shared without consent.

You have the right to:

  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to professional record-keeping requirements).
