Hello, I’m Angela, a certified holistic therapist based in East Ayrshire. At Time For Me, I offer a range of therapeutic services, including NLP, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and Counselling. My practices are tailored to suit your individual needs and can be delivered one-to-one or in group settings. I also run mindfulness groups, workshops, and retreat days designed to help you take time for yourself and focus on your well-being.
With a BA (Hons) in Counselling Psychology, a diploma in Hypnotherapy, and teacher training in Mindfulness, I combine my professional experience with a genuine passion for helping others. My private therapy room, located in the Ingram Business Centre in Kilmarnock, provides a peaceful and welcoming space for you to begin your journey toward better mental health and well-being.
