I’m Angela, based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, and I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to search for answers, and to long for peace. That’s why I created Time For Me—a safe, compassionate space where you can pause, breathe, and start healing.

Through counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, and emotional freedom techniques, I help people just like you break free from the patterns holding them back. Whether you need one-to-one support, group workshops, or retreat days to reset and recharge, I’m here to guide you. This is your time. Your time to heal. Your time to grow.
